 AL-QABAS CONTRACTING COMPANY LTD is the mother company was established on 1961 by our died father (ALI AL-QAISI) who was the builder of all the group companies to engage in construction, contracting and trade. As a result of the experience of confidence it has gained so far by realizing big construction projects like service building, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, housing projects, youth center, asphalt roads, irrigation projects and electromechanical projects in most of the governorates of IRAQ, it has become one of respected trusted and indispensable firm in the country.

Awarded with prizes many times for completing the projects it has under taken before contracted date, the firm has also achieved a good reputation with the taxes it has paid and has occupied the top places many times among the establishments.

As a result of added experience and reliability by undertaking huge projects of superstructure and infrastructure in various fields including each region of Iraq.

Especially in recent years, the firm has condensed in construction  of water treatment plants and water sewage treatment plants under our contract portfolio carries out the certain important the water field.

 AL-QABAS Oil Services Company  Ltd.
In the oil field AL-QABAS OIL SERVICE COMPANY started the works on 1998 especially in supplying the steel pipes (SAW & ERW pipes) and also welding  and extending the pipe lines according to the international slandered.

AL-QABAS OIL SERVICE COMPANY major concern is to execute all the electromechanical service contracts for the oil sector. Supplying and installation for the oil pump stations, oil control system, firefighting system, electric boards, supplying and installation for the loading arms, are design as executing by the engineers and the Technicians of the AL-QABAS.

The activities of the company were indispensable firm in the North oil sector, South oil sector and middle sector. For future, improvement is the primary objective. It will be kept confirming by going and working as a joint-venture with the oil international companies in executing the oil projects in Iraq.

 URANUS Trading Agencies Company Ltd. which was established on 1989 in order to serve the activities of Al-Qabas group and be the agent of the famous international companies in the field of supplying all the equipment and materials for the water & sewage treatment plants and also in supplying the ductile iron pipes, the ERW and SAW steel pipes, in supplying UPVC pipes and accessories, the sewage compact units, the steel sheds, the steel tanks for the oil sector, supply all the electrical control system, fire fighting system, diesel generators and other accessories needed for the construction sector and the oil field.

 URANUS executed during the last 10 years many contracts on the memorandum of understanding between Iraq and the United Nations (MOU) since MOU-1 till MOU-13, and cooperation with the manufacturer companies URANUS succeeded in executing all the contracts without any delay or any shortage in the technical specifications.

    LARSA For Engineering Consultations Co.

The company was established on 2001 in Jordan to follow the activities of the companies of the group through Jordan.

 

     LARSA Activities in oil field are concentrated in design of the oil field projects and making all the engineering details of the projects and LARSA depends on high qualified engineers in the oil field, gas field, the maintenance and manufacturing of oil refineries.

    The company was established on 2003 to control the activities of AL-QABAS GROUP sister companies, due to the many projects which will be issued in the reconstruction and construction of Iraq.
